Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or business, or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related function.
- Experience with accounting principles (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP, or MEX GAAP).
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with SQL and SAP ERP.
- Knowledge of electronic invoicing and accounting rules in Latin America.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and to support operational initiatives.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
