Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of team member
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure optimal productivity requirements are met through weekly activity and pipeline reviews
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, channel, and the field, to ensure alignment and support in achieving company goals
  • Pipeline forecasting, reporting, business planning, develop and refine existing processes to ensure business efficiency, and manage day-to-day activity of reps within assigned accounts / territory
  • Create a positive and motivating work environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and accountability
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years Inside Sales Management experience
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets as a sales leader and individual contributor
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Team player
