Role Objective:
In this role you are expected to lead the ICT and IIoT Services and Contractsand ensure smooth operation of Facilities Management contracts, connectedservices and service projects. You must demonstrate a drive to meets contractualrequirements and exceeds customer expectations in terms of performance and behaviors.Self-starter and individual with are key to fit in this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Contract Scope, Project Commissioning, Technical Consultancy to Customer
- Reach objectives in terms of contract performance, billable hours, productivity, and process compliance
- Support Team in ICT related technical issues covering Network, Software, Cyber Security and Virtual Machines
- Delivery of agreed services on time, within scope, and within budget
- Maintains customer’s satisfaction at acceptable levels, and resolves customer satisfaction issues
- Reviews VOC feedback and takes appropriate proactive actions
- Ensures the availability of tools, equipment, and materials required while maintaining and controlling inventory levels
- Participate in estimate review process prior to jobs or contracts being achievable from a technical perspective. Participate in risk review (per Honeywell policy)
- Ensures service contracts, additional works and small service projects are resourced properly
- Actively discourage silo mentalities and attitudes
- Ensure safe and healthy work environment through effective communication, training, equipment/vehicle maintenance and facilities improvement
- Where applicable, ensure fire and security industry codes and standards are upheld
- Perform and provide counsel on expert emergency, maintenance, testing, engineering, programming, designing, and start-up technical support across any type of electrical or mechanical equipment, systems and subsystems (including software where applicable) from simple to moderately complex in nature
- Perform or provide advice on diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems (both hardware and software) beyond the capability of other service technicians
- Provide technical training, coaching, and work direction to other service engineers and technicians and subcontractors
- Programming and engineering capabilities should also be superior and specific in nature to warrant the leadership level
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education – Electrical OR Electronics OR Software Engineering graduate with minimum of 4-8 years’ experience
- ICT Alignment – Professional level understanding IT networks & policies. Expertise in VMware. Understanding Cloud Computing and SAAS/CAAS concepts. Understanding of IIoT Concepts. Understanding of Microsoft AZURE & Cyber Security.
- Financial Skills - The ability to understand financial data at contract level and identify appropriate actions indicated by variances to ensure key metrics are achieved
- Operational Analysis – The ability to obtain relevant information on operational issues from multiple sources, think broadly about those issues and recognize trends/possible cause-effect relationships
- Execution - The ability to mobilize resources and develop and implement action plans / control mechanisms to achieve desired results and deliver on commitments. Expertise in communicating, negotiation and implementing process

- Core Business Understanding – Experience and Expert Level Understanding in Building Management System, Fire Alarm System, Access Control System, CCTV. Understanding of HVAC Control and Smart Buildings. Excellent Honeywell and industry-based programming & troubleshooting skills in above mentioned systems and IT networks. Excellent Honeywell product knowledge
Technical Skills:
- Good Knowledge in Networking, Virtual Machines and Server Machines
- Network configuration and requirements understanding
- Cyber Security Requirement and Implementation understanding
- Understanding of LAN/WAN environments and troubleshooting skills
- Expert well skills on Honeywell BMS Software’s (EBI, CoachAx, DVM, MaxPro)
- Intermediate understanding of Honeywell Product Lines in Building Management Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm System
- Expert well skills on with multi line Honeywell Controllers (XL5000 series controllers, CP Open Controllers, Temaline Controllers)
- Intermitted well skills on with in Fire Alarm systems (i.e. XLS Series, NFS Series, Esser 8008, IQ8 CM, Flex-ES)
- Good Knowledge of CCTV, NVR, DVR and Access control system
- Commissioning experience in BMS, Fire Alarm, Access Control & CCTV
- Good Understanding of Engineering Codes (Saudi Building Code, ASHRE, IBC, NFPA, Saudi Aramco GIs)
- Good Knowledge of implementation of Control Logics and Sequence of Operation (BMS, Fire Alarm System)
- CCNA Preferred
- CCNP Preferred
- ITIL Certified Preferred
- LEED Certified Professional preferred
- CEM Certified Preferred
