What you will work on
As a Senior Retail Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for hiring manager enablement and empowerment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within a team of other retail territory field recruiters, you will be instrumental in bringing your expert knowledge of recruitment processes, keeping your finger on the pulse of the commercial performance of the retail business. You will spearhead projects within the Talent Solutions team, working cross functionally with a number of partners.

Required:
Experience working in retail recruitment for a commercial business
Experience setting and implementing short, medium and long term recruitment strategies.
Experience working as a trusted advisor and business partner to Field Leadership teams and HR
Experience in data management to dive with your stakeholders on recruitment challenges and set the appropriate counter measures
Experience in competency-based interviewing
Fluency in English and German Language
Experience with hiring practices and policy in Germany
Preferred:
Track record of innovative sourcing, and building talent communities within unique functional abilities.
interest or commercial acuity within the retail space.
Confident in working through multiple priorities, across multiple countries.
Robust understanding of your candidate market.
Proven flexibility and adaptability while working in an ambiguous environment
