What you’ll do:
- Develop a compelling product vision that is built on top of a deep, data-driven understanding of the customer and regulatory landscape.
- Roll up your sleeves, dig into the details, create requirements, and drive a steady cadence of improvements.
- Set a high bar for success, never accept the status quo, look for every opportunity you can find to innovate.
- Manage the execution of initiatives from solution through launch - engaging all the right teams at Vimeo along the way.
- Define metrics for success and failure and analyze and create dashboards for key metrics.
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
- 7+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successfully launching product solutions.
- 3+ years of experience building software solutions in customer privacy and compliance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven self-starter with a bias for action, who can both execute and strategize, and who is comfortable with ambiguity.
Base Salary Range:
- NYC Metro, Bay Area, Seattle, & Los Angeles: $136,000 - $187,000
- All other US cities outside above metro areas: $122,400 - $168,300
