This On-Going Product Development (OPD) quality engineering role is focused on to drive resolution of field quality issues related to high voltage batteries including arrays, BEC's and BECMs. The responsibilities include daily review of low time and high time in service field warranty claims, high cost spend drivers, leading teardown reviews with suppliers, reviews of warranty part teardowns and working with core teams for root cause analysis and develop interim containment, and permanent corrective actions.
