Job Responsibilities

• Work together with design and product management to deliver new and improve existing features

• You own your code from ideation to deployment, and through QA and support

• Improve existing Product Architecture and coach other Engineers by sharing best practices

• Participate in the agile processes to contribute to, understand, and refine scope required to delivery on time and budget

• Apply clean code principles; unit tests, performance analysis, automation where valuable, and other quality controls

• Conduct technical code reviews for peers by supporting the execution of a standardized code review process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and data pipelines development.

• Strong proficiency in development language Java, Scala or GoLang and Python

• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch and natural language processing techniques.

• Proficiency in big data technologies such as Spark, Databricks, and data lake architectures.

• Experience with prompt engineering, and fine-tuning LLMs

• Understanding of modern cloud application development and deployment systems (e.g. with Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker)

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
