1. Corporate Narrative & Content Strategy
- Shape and execute Philips Greater China’s external communication strategy in alignment with global direction
- Drive content ideation and storytelling, collaborate across teams and external agencies to bring campaigns to life
2. Owned Channel Management
- Manage and Governance Philips Greater China’s corporate social and digital channels
- Ensure consistent tone of voice, editorial quality, and strategic messaging
- Track and analyze content performance to drive continuous optimization
3. Executive Communications
- Support high-impact content for the Greater China President and senior leaders
- Support media interviews and external engagements with Q&A briefs and message frameworks
- Proactively identify visibility opportunities aligned with leadership priorities
4. Media & Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and implement strategic media engagement plans that align with corporate positioning and key milestones
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, including national business media, healthcare trade press, and regional outlets
- Monitor media trends, track coverage sentiment, and analyze competitor and industry narratives to inform communication strategy
- Coordinate with external monitoring partners or tools to produce regular media performance and issue reports
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field is required
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry is a must – familiarity with health trends, policy context, and healthcare communication best practices
- 8–12 years of external communications or brand storytelling experience in multinational companies or leading PR/branding agencies
- Outstanding content creation skills in both English and Chinese
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business or technical topics into compelling narratives
- Experienced in managing digital channels, campaign planning, and executive communication
- Strong creative instinct and visual/aesthetic judgment, with experience collaborating with designers and producers
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional matrix environment and engaging senior stakeholders
