Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company’s goals and objectives. (Including identifying potential influencer partners, negotiating contracts, and monitoring the success of collaborations and collaborating with local offices to ensure regional relevance and impact.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 young professionals in communications, influencer management, and social media, fostering collaboration with local offices to share best practices and ensure consistent global and local strategies.
Oversee the work of a regional PR agency, ensuring their efforts align with Samsung's strategic goals and messaging, collaborating with local offices to ensure alignment and effective execution at the regional level
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in Communications including social media and Influencer Management, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the consumer electronics or technology industry.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful communications strategies, demonstrable social media experience, influencer campaigns, and social/ influencer analytics tools knowledge in the MENA region.
Strong relationships with regional media outlets, influencers, and bloggers, as well as a deep understanding of the media landscape in the MENA region.
Excellent presentations skill, i.e possess strong technical skills in PowerPoint presentations, data visualization & storytelling abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic (French is a plus).
Demonstrated crisis management experience and the ability to think strategically under pressure.
Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams and local offices.
Knowledge of social media management, content creation, and performance analysis.
Passionate about marketing and communications keen to work in a fast paced environment and be part of a huge marketing community.
