Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Experience and/or education with each of the following skills is required:
Utilizing open-source electronics platform including Arduino, microcontrollers, sensors, and actuators.
Utilizing scripting languages including Python to write automated tests and data analysis tools.
Performing Linear Algebra for developing robotic motions and transformations.
Using Machine learning and computer vision to develop external monitoring of consumer electronics.
Utilizing functional, virtual prototypes of three-dimensional objects including CAD & 3D printing to design, develop and actualize mechanical fixtures for interaction with physical devices.
Performing Data Modeling and Analysis to identify regressions and trends using statistical analysis tools including Python and Matlab.
Utilizing Object Oriented programming including C for code development.
Testing consumer electronics and developing hardware test plans.
Physical prototyping, including soldering and machining to produce and assemble testing fixtures.
Designing, building and maintaining web interfaces and databases for data visualization using Python, Django and SQL.
