As a Senior Analytics Solutions Associate II in Data, Analytics and Reporting Team (DART), you will be part of the DART MIS setup and will be responsible for providing MIS solutions. You will collaborate with different stakeholders and across different levels of Management and ensure that the most optimum solution is provided. As a member of the DART team you will leverage a broad technology suite to implement automated solutions and deliver data driven insights.

Job responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations and tasks related to a functional area or business partner.
• Ensure project completion according to established timelines.
• Participate in cross-functional teams as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) from MIS.
• Assemble data, build reports and dashboards, and provide input on innovative solutions for business partners.
• Lead and deliver complex reporting projects independently.
• Identify risks and opportunities, and propose potential solutions to unlock value.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience leveraging analytics and data mining to deliver tangible business improvements
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (Economics, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science)
• Must have first-hand experience & knowledge of querying different databases & other source systems for data analysis required for reporting
• Technical knowledge and/or experience using various data visualization (e.g. Tableau) and data wrangling tools (e.g. Python, R, SQL, SAS, Alteryx)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to summarize findings into concise, high level points geared towards the audience and visually depict key data and findings
• Demonstrated ability to positively interface with other departments, colleagues, senior management and external customers is required

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Experience within the banking industry
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy - proven ability to produce quality results timely
• Proven ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Presenting recommendations to management and business partners (including business implications) and determining how to best summarize and visualize the results
• Knowledge of Data lake, snowflake, AWS, Azure – cloud platforms is a plus

This is a Hybrid position which will require the incumbent to commute/work on site 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week.
