Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategythat aligns with PayPal's businessobjectivesand embracesAI and automation technologies.

  • and evaluate emerging AI and automation technologiesfor learning and development, recommending and pilotingnew solutionsto enhance the learner experience and drive continuous improvement.

  • Lead the design and development of engaging and effective learning experiencesacross various modalities (e.g., microlearning, virtual reality, simulations, gamification) that incorporate AI-powered personalization and adaptive learning pathsto streamline training processes and improve program delivery.

  • Build bespoke models for Service Experience onboarding efforts, from Orientation to functional learning, crafted and implemented in close collaboration with SMEs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Over 10 years of experience in training and development, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong experience in designing and implementing training programs.

  • Proven ability to design effective training curricula.

  • Excellent people management skills, with experience leading and developing a team.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field;Master'sdegree preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a proventrack recordof leading and implementing successful training programs.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI and automation technologies in learning and development (e.g., chatbots, personalized learning platforms, AI-powered content curation).

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
