Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategythat aligns with PayPal's businessobjectivesand embracesAI and automation technologies.
and evaluate emerging AI and automation technologiesfor learning and development, recommending and pilotingnew solutionsto enhance the learner experience and drive continuous improvement.
Lead the design and development of engaging and effective learning experiencesacross various modalities (e.g., microlearning, virtual reality, simulations, gamification) that incorporate AI-powered personalization and adaptive learning pathsto streamline training processes and improve program delivery.
Build bespoke models for Service Experience onboarding efforts, from Orientation to functional learning, crafted and implemented in close collaboration with SMEs.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience in training and development, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong experience in designing and implementing training programs.
Proven ability to design effective training curricula.
Excellent people management skills, with experience leading and developing a team.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and program effectiveness.
in using training software and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field;Master'sdegree preferred.
8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a proventrack recordof leading and implementing successful training programs.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI and automation technologies in learning and development (e.g., chatbots, personalized learning platforms, AI-powered content curation).
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
