Job Duties:

Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Must include three (3) years of experience with: applying equities industry and market knowledge including trade flows between broker dealers, clients, and exchanges; using standard Microsoft tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to track volumes, workflow, and projects, utilizing pivot tables to manage large datasets, and working with V-look ups and IF statements to minimize manual processes and efficiently manage risk; accurately completing trade processing in support of a bank’s equity businesses; performing client-facing roles in a business-aligned environment; preparing for upcoming exchange and industry regulatory and infrastructure changes; applying risk management skills to identify and resolve trade booking errors and technology issues pertaining to trade bookings and subsequent front-to-back flows; and ensuring that escalation channels are correctly followed, and market risk is understood by sales and trading desks. Must include two (2) years of experience with: identifying opportunities to improve the quality of service delivered to clients and to improve the internal efficiency of the confirmation and settlement process and other Straight Through Processes (STP) initiatives.
