- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA.
- Experience in risk management functions, with knowledge of risk frameworks, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements impacting the ads or similar industries.
- Knowledge of sales processes and workflows.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, with the ability to promote a risk culture and drive organizational change.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to synthesize technical and business details into clear, strategic presentations for executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
