Procurement Intern for Russia & Central AsiaJob Description

As ayou will be part of the EMEA East market procurement team and support the RCA Health Systems market with daily procurement activities. It includes general supplier communication, collecting supplier quotes and helping with supplier qualifications for customer projects.

Your role:

• Supplier onboarding and communication

• Contracting new suppliers

• Supporting business in procurement activities

• Vendor Master Data management

• Working with procurement tools: e.g. Ariba

• Administrative duties: preparing reports, assist in collecting data, and file records

You are a right fit, if you are:

• Currently enrolled in a university towards Bachelor's or Master's degree

• Availabile 30 hours+ a week (hybrid working mode: 3 days in the office, 2 days remotely)

• Can read and understand the legal language of the contracts both in Russian and English

• Good command of MS Excel

• Very communicative and structured

• High level of accuracy and strong execution skills

• Self-driven and pro-active attitude, ability to work independently
