is responsible for managing and optimizing the operational aspects of our Channel Partners to ensure smooth and efficient execution and communication of channel initiatives.

What you will be doing:

Channel Partner Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, serving as the primary point of contact to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Training administration:
    • New Hire Onboarding: Lead onboarding introductions, internal set-up along with onboarding kit, introduction call with new Partner contacts, periodic check-ins with new contacts (2 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months)
    • Coordinate Channel Sales, Product Management and Business Unit training calendar, distribution list, and pre, post communications with Partners.
  • Facilitate Partner contracts / Statement of Work and amendment drafts, tracking and docusign execution.
  • Coordinate quarterly business planning process from team collaboration to data, powerpoints, meetings and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate Partner events, such as Partner Advisory Council, Seller & AE Forum, and all regional Americas webinars.

Program Implementation

  • Coordinate the implementation of channel programs, ensuring all partners are aligned with organizational goals, program requirements, and timelines
  • Coordinate a regular cadence of PartnerFirst emails with our Partner distribution list.

Operational Support

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to channel partners, addressing and resolving any issues that arise to maintain high levels of partner satisfaction.
  • Roster maintenance (quarterly) for all Partners; also validating that updates are made in our platforms (MyStratasys.com, Stratasys Academy, Saleforce.com)
  • Create Purchase Requisitions, follow POs and invoice payments; communicate with vendor(s) and Accounts Payable.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Partner First Program tracking: Collect, analyze, and report on channel performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve channel strategies and operations
  • Stratasys Academy Training Platform reporting connection with Partner Management.
  • Total Advantage Program tracking and alignment with FP&A for payments.

Partner + Customer Feedback Integration

  • Gather and incorporate feedback from channel partners and customers to continually refine and improve channel programs and strategies.

Must have for this role:

  • Associate degree or work experience equivalent
  • 1-2 years administrative support (Preferably Sales and Marketing)
  • 1-3 years’ experience utilizing the MS office suite in essential duties

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce or other CRM Experience
  • Experience with facilitating or coordinating presentations/virtual meetings
  • Experience in leading small groups and presentations
