- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in User Experience (UX) design with shipping consumer products.
- 5 years of experience in a UX leadership role, managing or mentoring designers, and leading design initiatives.
- 3 years of experience working with executive leaders.
- Experience in managing design goals and strategy at a platform or ecosystem level.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other related link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience with working in a cross-functional organization.
- Experience in designing for Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) products or features, with the knowledge of tests and opportunities in this space (e.g., trust, transparency, error management, prompt design).
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills.
