What a typical day looks like:
- You will review and analyze financial data;
- Ensure proper accounting of all transactions (Bank accounts, payroll accounting, expenses report review and accounting);
- Manage Customs import declaration and goods classification (supported by GBS);
- Generate reports for labor analysis, expense analysis, monthly balance sheet and monthly customer profit and loss statement;
- Prepare all inter-company ICV for Corporate employees;
- Collaborate to financial periodic closing, analysis, and reporting, prepare journal entries and accruals when needed;
- Assist in month end and quarter end close with journal entry registrations;
- Assist in quarterly reviews and year-end audit activities;
- Create and report monthly key operating indicators;
- Maintain control of general and subsidiary ledgers;
- Review and reconcile accounts and related reports and make necessary adjustments;
- Analyze expenses for cost centers, departments and projects;
- Prepare and maintain detailed balance sheet reconciliations;
- Assist other GL functions as necessary.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor Degree in Economics or Accounting diploma(preferably)
- Ability to write business correspondence and effectively present information and respond to questions;
- Advanced level of Excel and Microsoft Office package;
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists;
- Fluent in English and Italian both written and spoken.
