Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in scoping and delivering network infrastructure, including submarine cable design, cable landing station site selection, land acquisition, station design, and fit-out.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing fiber negotiations.
- Familiarity with right-of-way acquisition and licensing for network infrastructure, and real estate acquisition and entitlements.
