- Drive profitable and sustainable market share growth across all accounts in Ukraine, including Key Accounts, Regional Accounts, and DPC.
 - Ensure adidas' brand leadership position in Ukraine while optimizing digital and retail KPIs.
 - Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customers, ensuring seamless execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
 - Implement strategic category plans, focusing on increasing sell-out and market penetration.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Account Management:
- Lead and manage all adidas accounts in Ukraine, ensuring revenue growth and brand positioning.
 - Serve as an ambassador for assigned accounts internally, facilitating collaboration across functions.
 - Execute the GTM strategy across Key Accounts, Regional Accounts, and DPC channels.
 - Develop Account Fact Books to document market insights, performance, and future opportunities.
 - Drive sell-in and sell-out strategies, ensuring brand dominance and profitable growth.
 - Ensure on-time deliveries, replenishment strategies, and marketing activations to maximize sell-out.
 
Strategic Planning & Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales, profit, and market share targets.
 - Set and manage budgets & forecasts, ensuring business objectives are met.
 - Identify and implement growth opportunities within Ukraine’s retail and wholesale landscape.
 - Lead discussions on trade investments (TI), tracking performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
 
Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to drive strategic decisions.
 - Provide data-driven recommendations to the Regional Director and senior leadership team.
 - Conduct regular market visits to ensure adidas' presence and execution excellence.
 
Operational Excellence & Compliance:
- Ensure all wholesale and retail agreements are met in compliance with company standards.
 - Work closely with customer service, trade marketing, visual merchandising, and training teams to enhance account performance.
 - Maintain a high-performance culture, setting clear expectations and providing consistent feedback.

- Proven experience in Planning, Selling, and Negotiating.
 - Strong communication skills; written, oral, and presentation.
 - Deep industry knowledge in retail/wholesale, particularly in Ukraine’s market.
 - Strong cross-functional experience across marketing and sales.
 - Analytical mindset with the ability to drive strategic decision-making
 - People management skills to lead a team and build a high-performance culture.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
 
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 5-8 years’ experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
 - Experience within the sports, fashion, or retail industry is preferred.
 - University Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
