Your Impact
- Convert target small/medium businesses into PANW customers - manage a large number of targets
- Exceed sales expectations while enhancing client satisfaction and creating long-term relationships
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date forecast and document all activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.com
- Use phone, email, and internal marketing tools to perform selling activities and drive new business, build & maintain a constant/future revenue pipeline
- Identify and work with channel partners to scale reach across the territory, ensuring efficient coverage and driving partner-led growth in the SMB segment.
- Proactively identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Independently drive sales campaigns, product demos and proof of concepts
- Keep up to date on our industry and PANW’s competitive position
- Maintain alignment in our cross-functional environment with Channel teams, plus Business Development Reps and Sales Engineers
- Ensure accuracy of account planning and forecasting (in Salesforce) across a number of clients and prospect
Your Experience
- 3+ years experience selling to Small and Medium customers with a substantial amount of time covering the required market(s)
- Fluent in the local language(s) of target market(s)
- Experience selling a portfolio of solutions and expanding a customer's environment with newer solutions
- Familiarity with information technology products and topics - driven to learn more. Familiarity with cybersecurity is a plus.
- Proven track record of winning new customers and exceeding revenue goals
- Demonstrated success in working with channel partners or distributors to cover a defined territory, co-selling and enabling partner success within the SMB landscape.
- Experience and proven success in new customer acquisition
- Honed organizational, planning, communication and negotiation skills
