Oversee all aspects of our GTM tech stack, including budget management, procurement, provisioning, administration, and system updates. Ensure all tools are effectively integrated and optimized to support business needs.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of direct reports. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to help them excel in their roles.
Lead the integration of various tools within the GTM stack, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across systems like , Gong, and other key platforms.
Provide quick and effective solutions to sales process pain points, while contributing to the development of long-term process improvements.
Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Revenue Operations partners, to align system requirements, reporting, and analytics needs.
Collaborate with training and enablement teams to champion tool usage, ensuring that teams are effectively leveraging technology through coordinated training and ongoing support initiatives.
Identify, prioritize, and scope key strategic initiatives to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our GTM operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of relevant experience in sales/business operations, with a solid understanding of SaaS business models and hands-on experience with Salesforce.com.
Proven experience in managing and developing a small team, with a focus on mentoring and performance management.
Strong ability to identify and nurture talent, with a commitment to helping team members grow and advance in their careers.
Tech-curious problem-solver with a knack for finding creative solutions using both processes and technology.
Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical information into clear and effective messages for internal stakeholders.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a passion for data integrity and quality.
Proven experience in managing a complex tech stack, including CRM, account planning, data enrichment, and productivity tools.
Experience working in sales organizations, ideally with exposure to selling to Fortune 1000 companies
