RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee all aspects of our GTM tech stack, including budget management, procurement, provisioning, administration, and system updates. Ensure all tools are effectively integrated and optimized to support business needs.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of direct reports. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to help them excel in their roles.
  • Lead the integration of various tools within the GTM stack, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across systems like , Gong, and other key platforms.
  • Provide quick and effective solutions to sales process pain points, while contributing to the development of long-term process improvements.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Revenue Operations partners, to align system requirements, reporting, and analytics needs.
  • Collaborate with training and enablement teams to champion tool usage, ensuring that teams are effectively leveraging technology through coordinated training and ongoing support initiatives.
  • Identify, prioritize, and scope key strategic initiatives to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our GTM operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales/business operations, with a solid understanding of SaaS business models and hands-on experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing a small team, with a focus on mentoring and performance management.
  • Strong ability to identify and nurture talent, with a commitment to helping team members grow and advance in their careers.
  • Tech-curious problem-solver with a knack for finding creative solutions using both processes and technology.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical information into clear and effective messages for internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a passion for data integrity and quality.
  • Proven experience in managing a complex tech stack, including CRM, account planning, data enrichment, and productivity tools.
  • Experience working in sales organizations, ideally with exposure to selling to Fortune 1000 companies
