Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical program management in software development involving complex client/server architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong technical proficiency in software architecture and development.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilities with clear ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization. Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings).
  • Proven experience in authoring technical specs.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive multiple tasks to completion with minimal oversight, showing strong self-motivation and accountability.
  • Experience with iOS app development on UI features with design team is a major plus.
  • Experience working on Trust and Safety or legal and regulatory initiatives.
  • Bonus points for past programming experience.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical field or at least 5+ years of comparable experience.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
