Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder, or a related technical role.
- 5 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
- 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
- Experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product outlook, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, and product launch.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in innovating large-scale solutions to introduce workflow or cost efficiencies (i.e., through tooling or other product solutions).
- Familiarity with business or partner engagement functions including identifying user/customer segmentations, setting adoption/ROI goals.
- Familiarity with customer/user support (i.e., driving down escalation volume, cost per user, improving first time resolution, TRT, AHT, CSAT at scale).
- Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to lead teams in generating insights from support data to identify issues and prioritize solutions.
- Excellent influence and executive communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners including C-level stakeholders.
