- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role.
- 1 year of experience building and shipping technical products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of customer/user support such as driving down escalation volume, cost per user, improving first time resolution, TRT, AHT, CSAT.
- Ability to drive create order and create a crisp, clear product strategy in an ambiguous and high-visibility area.
- Excellent influencing and executive communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
- Excellent investigative skills to generate insights from support data to identify issues.
