Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities:- Manage the performance of 24x7 engineering technicians and facility Managers in all aspects of their career development- Ensure staffing is maintained and grow with expansions
- Be actively involved in ongoing construction activities
- Coordinate daily with third party vendors ensuring adherence to contracted SLAs
- Effectively and efficiently manage the operations budget and expenditures
This position will be responsible for the oversight of multiple facilities within a single AWS Region.

Four year degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, equivalent technical training, or work experience
- 5+ years of experience in a management position with 5 or more direct reports preferably managing other managers.
This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. citizen.
