also can assist clients with identifying and accessing other State and Federal grants and incentives, R&D tax corporate governance, responses to R&D tax audits/reviews undertaken by the regulators of the program, and specialist R&D tax advice.

• and account management with clients and stakeholders (which can include C-Suite, Tax, Technical and Finance personnel), asking thoughtful questions to gather meaningful information on their projects.
• Gain industry insights and opportunities to understand the complex and confidential projects being undertaken by EY’s clients.
• Advise and support clients in R&Dproject documents and R&D applications, along with financial calculations and workpapers to support R&D Tax Incentives claims.
• Evaluating project concepts and technical content toassist clients in obtaining R&D Tax incentives.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed work papers and reports to deliver exceptional results to EY’s clients

• Experience with R&D Tax Incentive program(minimum 4 years’ experience)
• Experience in dealing with technical challenges faced by industry professionals, such as engineering design, the development or improvement of manufacturing processes, development of new products and improvement to existingproducts.
• Business acumen and relevant commercial exposure in terms of understanding the marketability of new products andprocesses.
• Leadership skills and ambitions, and experience with or ambition todelegate, coach, and mentor junior team members
• Strong attention to detail and focus onquality.
• A collaborative working style with excellent communication and presentational skills (both oral and written)
• Self-motivated, pro-active,innovative, and enthusiastic
