Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in multi-disciplined procurement, leading strategy development, execution and sourcing, or a related function.
- 3 years of experience managing category strategies and sourcing teams across multiple categories for both goods and services in the indirect category space.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in business and industrial engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in consumer hardware product development and mass production.
- Experience with connected devices, ambient computing, Ultra Wideband (UWB)/Long Term Evolution (LTE), and carrier business.
- Ability to interpret and draft legal documents or experience of working with legal teams to complete legal agreements and commercial negotiations.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region along with familiarity with international business customs.
