Operational Material Management Buyer
Drive material availability by effectively managing Purchase Orders, setting up accurate master data, and proactively mitigating supply risks and disruptions.
Your role:
Own and manage supply base relationships for Operational Material requirements:Create and manage Purchase Orders, Vendor Scheduling Agreements, Return Material Authorizations, and execute procurement master data setup and maintenance to support seamless operations and JIT supply.
Track operational KPIs, ensure supplier delivery performance, address exceptions (e.g., GR-IR, blocked invoices), and manage escalations to maintain on-time delivery, quality, and cost.
Identify and mitigate supply risks, address material shortages, prevent obsolescence, and escalate as needed in alignment with the Operational Material Planner and OMM Product Leads.
Support continuous improvement efforts, standardize Philips processes, and train suppliers on OMM tools (e.g., SNC) to enhance collaboration and optimize procurement processes.
Acts as Subject Matter Expert for Buyer Processes. Supports Junior Buyers and provides training to new colleagues.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in supply chain preferred or related experience
Your skills include technical knowledge of maintenance parts and SAP experience preferred
You have a bachelor’s degreeSupply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, Industrial Engineeringor relevant years of experience.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $56,000 to $85,000.
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
