Qualifications:
- MBA/post-graduate and/or Bachelor degree(s) in relevant fields, though experience in power/energy industries may substitute for relevant graduate education in this regard.
- 10+ years of experience in the related roles (depending on seniority), specific experience in the Policy and Regulations space within the energy and utility industry in various APAC markets would be highly regarded.
- Understanding of the regulatory frameworks, planning processes, investment models and customer connection procedures for distribution and transmission networks
- Broad understanding of the power industry, with specific focus on the mechanics of power markets
- Understanding and experience working with regulatory bodies in the energy and utility industry

- General understanding of data centers, cloud services, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) developments.
- Team player capable of adapting to ambiguous environments with cross-group collaboration and problem-solving abilities with Growth mindset.
- Strong analytical capabilities to support review of utility tariffs, power contracts, and power market fundamentals.
