Key responsibilities
- Own the SEO strategy and channel performance for our collection of websites
- Support the Marketing and Content teams with competitive analysis and insights to drive future strategy
- Set and achieve business growth targets for the SEO channel and develop tests to improve performance and customer experience
- Work closely with our Performance Media teams to ensure an integrated search strategy
- Manage a suite of SEO tools to monitor and report on channel performance
- Partner with Product Development, Marketing and Engineering to provide SEO requirements and manage SEO initiatives end-to-end.
- Manage App Store Optimisation through Google Play and iOS App Store platforms and deploy tests to drive measurable growth
Key qualifications
- 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong experience in SEO strategy implementation, either in-house or via an agency, with a proven track record of delivering business growth.
- Technical SEO expertise, preferably within an agile team environment, with the ability to brief technical requirements.
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g.Botify, SEMrush, Ahrefs, PiDatametrics) and web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
- Experience with large data analysis across multiple tools and/or data sets is preferred but not essential (Tableau, Looker)
- Analytical and curious mindset with an aptitude to delve into data to identify trends and growth opportunities, experienced in testing
