Provide coaching and performance management for local team of 36 Recruiting Coordinators who work in support of US Early Careers Recruiting efforts by collaborating with US team on how the RC is performing, etc.
Collaborate with peers (team of 3 total) on overall RC performance and best practices to leverage across the group, or group trainings needed, etc.
Serve as Counselor in EY performance management tool (LEAD) and process
Handle personal requests time off, approvals, etc.
Elevate themes for learning support needed to local Talent Team and US TA2 Experiences Team
Address incomplete applicant data including missing skills assessments
Review and manage mismatched candidate applications
Manage candidate assessments including initiation and result uploading
Support operational or project-oriented tasks on behalf of US Early Careers recruiting such as referrals, job postings, EY job boards/career center boards, acquisition initiatives
To qualify for the role, you must have
Minimum of 5 plus years of experience in recruiting and/or sourcing in professional/financial services, corporate and/or agency environment preferred
Team supervision experience
Strategic-thinking skills and ability to collaborate with team members on best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and knowledge
Proficiency in working with applicant tracking software or recruiting databases/systems
Experience with AI-driven tools and platforms
Experience in working with North American talent markets in a professional services environment
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with numerous projects happening simultaneously
Strong reporting and data analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
