In this role, you will:
- Providing assistance to identify, evaluate, and develop solutions that meet or exceed business requirements.
- Working with end-users, partners, and cross functional teams to provide project support, resolve questions, assess needs, and recommend changes.
- Providing production support, testing, validating changes, writing requirements, documentation, and change management related to tool releases and other needs.
- Providing guidance and best practices for leveraging tools capabilities.
- Working with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
- Creating ad hoc reports for partners and various project teams.
- Lead discussions with partners to resolve testing challenges and provide solutions to test problems in coordination with Business Analyst, Technical and Testing teams.
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly maintenance tasks for production support.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

- Knowledge and understanding of database querying and creating ad hoc reporting results using SQL or similar querying methods.
- Good understanding data governance and data quality concepts with proven hands-on experience
- Experience in testing and reporting financial data quality (DQ) issues.
- Strong understanding of AGILE methodology and hands-on experience handling AGILE tools like JIRA
- Experience on reporting tools like PowerBI and Tableau
Other Desired Quals:
- Experience using SQL Developer or other similar Oracle database tools
- Experience with HP Application Lifecycle Management
- Exposure to Python
