Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, with a particular focus on relevant Regulation, and apply that research to identify opportunities for Revenue growth and product development
  • Ownership of targeted campaigns and initiatives within APAC, delivering client outreach and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with sales, relationship management and business development teams to support the client acquisition lifecycle
  • Point for execution of go-to-market strategy across APAC for new products and services, including preparing material, communicating with stakeholders and tracking performance.

Knowledge and Experience

  • A self-motivated, patient problem solver with a strong desire to learn
  • Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly confident presenting and verbally communicating externally
  • Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of financial markets
  • 2+ years of relevant business development experience in the Financial Services sector
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, taking initiative and ownership of projects and responsibilities
  • Team player across reporting and business lines, both face-to-face and remotely, strong communication skills
  • Commercially minded and balanced between analytical and communication / presentation skills.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time in a demanding environment
  • Business ethics of the highest caliber
  • Fluent in English, native mandarin speaker preferred, knowledge of any other Asian languages is an advantage
  • Business degree (exposure to Finance & Marketing preferred), preference for Post Grad qualifications
  • Singapore & Hong Kong based candidates preferred
