Experience:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing and web strategies to promote our Business AI solutions and develop customer journey maps to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital and web initiatives with business goals, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Drive web strategy and development, ensuring that the company's website serves as an effective sales and marketing tool, providing a seamless user experience, journey and conversion optimization.
Build relevant digital and web content to create a seamless and impactful customer journey
Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities to improve the customer journey.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer interactions across digital channels, for key personas; optimizing customer interactions across all channels, including digital, mobile, social and digital campaign touchpoints - with a focus on web as a window to the value and use cases of our products.
Analyze digital and web campaign performance, identify key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and ROI
Work with cross-functional teams to align messaging and content to customer journey stages, ensuring a unified and cohesive experience.
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and feedback to continuously improve the customer journey.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in customer experience to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
10+ years of work experience; thereof 6-8 years in product marketing
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); Master's/ MBA preferred.
