Bachelor's degree in Hardware Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in multiple hardware technology domains (e.g.,camera display, batteries, etc.), applying Design for Reliability/physics of failure techniques or Product design.
Experience with statistical analysis (e.g., JMP or Weibull++ Monte Carlo Analysis, DoE, SPC).
Experience collaborating with suppliers around the world on part manufacturing and final and subassembly, including onsite factory support.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in applying design for reliability techniques (FTA, DFMEA) and reliability modeling techniques (such as Reliability Block Diagram, Weibull, Reliability Growth Models.
Experience and trained in ASQ, CRE or in a similar field within the reliability engineering field.
Experience with Python, R, MATLAB, LabVIEW or other programming languages for data analysis and hardware tests.
Experience with a highly complex opto-mechanical system.
Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Excellent leadership level communication, project management, planning and organizational skills.
