JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
Experience with any of the following: compliance with data privacy laws, regulations, or incidents, user data disclosure (such as the electronic communications privacy act or state equivalents), cybersecurity legal issues, or conducting internal investigations.
Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience as a state or federal prosecutor, or public defender.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround, and to build effective relationships across relevant stakeholders.
Ability to work on a broad range of legal matters.
Excellent communication, people management, public speaking and team skills.
