Your responsibilities will include:
- Execute the Global Medical Plan to support data generation, knowledge exchange, and scientific support for therapy-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with Medical, Clinical, and Market Access teams to align on evidence planning and generation strategies.
- Analyze and interpret clinical data, monitor new publications and competitive trials, and contribute to data dissemination.
- Develop and implement a clinical evidence story and dissemination strategy with the field medical team.
- Create scientific content and medical materials for internal and external education.
- Provide medical expertise to Commercial, Regulatory, and Market Access teams; review promotional materials for scientific accuracy and compliance.
- Lead planning and execution of symposia and educational events at major and regional conferences.
- Support Medical Education team in content development and faculty preparation for BSC-sponsored events.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and academic experts.
- Ensure KOLs and podium influencers have access to the latest clinical data and pipeline updates.
- Ensure all physician activities and programs comply with Boston Scientific policies and applicable regulations.
- Travel within North America and internationally as required.
Required qualifications:
- Advanced degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare practice or research.
- 5+ years of experience in a medical or clinical role within the industry.
- Proven ability to interpret and communicate clinical data to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in oncology therapeutic area.
- Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and Good Clinical Practices.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred qualifications:
- Post-graduate qualification (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD).
- Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with field professionals.
- Strong time management and organizational skills in dynamic environments.
- High standards of compliance and commitment to patient safety and product quality.
Maximum Salary: $ 188300
