Luxury Stores at Amazon is looking for an exceptional BIE who will help deliver the roadmap for Luxury Stores. The right candidate will thrive in ambiguous situations and love to build from the ground up. You will own metrics, dashboarding and measurement across our portfolio of products that will enable our program to scale quickly. You will use analytical and statistical rigor to answer complex problems via data analysis. Outputs from your analysis will directly help improve luxury business strategy, our portfolio of products (including our innovation roadmap), and help us achieve our goals. Learnings will be extensible to broader lifestyle categories.Key job responsibilities
· Own, design, develop, document, and manage scalable solutions for new and ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, visualizations, and dashboards to support business needs
· Dive deep to understand frameworks utilized for storing data and different tools and solutions used to gain access to it
· Use data mining, data modelling ,data warehousing, and other analytical techniques to develop and maintain customer segmentation and predictive models to drive the business
· Design and drive experiments to form actionable recommendations. Present to business leaders in both ad-hoc forums and routine business reviews (MBR/QBR) to drive decisions
· Be able to swiftly prioritize and multi task based on severity level and strong business judgement.
· Measure and analyze existing offering for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to customers
· Identify new opportunities for Amazon to improve our luxury offering

- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience writing complex SQL queries
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
