Your role and responsibilities
- Develop business case to help clients transform business values and optimize costs
- Facilitate workshops and conduct client interviews for both technical and business teams to identify pain points and requirements
- Document current business processes and use cases, providing recommendation for future operational scenarios
- Capture, analyse and document business requirements from clients
- Facilitate clients and technical teams to identify business problems and develop a solution that best fit the business case
- Evaluate and understand functional impacts from front-to-back to address all impacted application
- Support QA activities including system integration and user acceptance testing

Required technical and professional expertise
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience in system development projects, ideally from consultancy environment
- Excellent client facing and communication skills
- Strong analytical problem resolution skills
- Inquisitive fast learner for industry trends and new technology capabilities
- Interest to reinvent ideas to make meaningful changes and improvements for our clients
- Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change with a strong awareness and understanding of cultural diversity
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
