Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the on/off boarding process, including verification checks and technology access management for joiners and leavers.
- Implement controls such as consecutive leave, physical access management, and business resiliency support.
- Coordinate real estate activities, including space planning, move management, and location strategy.
- Ensure accuracy of headcount projections and manage space assignments to optimize utilization.
- Analyze operational changes and assess their impact, summarizing data for presentation and interpretation.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day issues, such as seating constraints and data issues.
- Handle ad-hoc requests related to technology, real estate, and resource allocation, and oversee ad-hoc projects.
- Respond to audit and compliance queries.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot, make connections, and leverage data for problem-solving.
- Experience operating across multiple locations with diverse languages and cultural backgrounds.
- Strong control mindset and attention to detail, with previous experience in control functions.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
