Job Description

The Procurement Relationship Manager will gsupplier performance, management and third-party risk. They are responsible for leadingand coordinatingfor the enterprise.will use a combination of outstanding cross-functional thinking, business judgment, and strategic thinking to innovate on behalf of customers.They are responsible for both software and services contracts within a specific business or across the enterprise. The ideal candidate would have done a few software deals for Saas or APIs. Contracted for market data, professional services, and/or staff augmentation with global delivery as a plus. Banking/Finance background is helpful but not required. They will assist stakeholders with vendor strategies and planning. They will utilize best in class Procurement processes and leveragecontract opportunities.

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in procurement contract activities
- Advanced knowledge of purchasing, procurement, and contract negotiation and administration
-of Procurement leading practices

-Familiarity with contract terms and proficiency in contract review

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
