What You'll Do

• Go to market - own jointly with Spain's Country Manager the Expansion strategy to the Rest of Spain. Will work with the relevant Ops and Functional teams to define how to reach new geographies or expand within existing geos with new product offering
• Product/feature launches - Collaborate closely with our EMEA and HQ Product teams to test and roll out new features or products that address customer needs (e.g. Taxi)
• Data analytics & problem solving - Define which data is needed to understand a problem, query it, and use analytics to identify issues/opportunities related to the problem at hand (e.g. performance of products/features), understand the root causes, propose solutions, drive decisions, implement solutions and track results
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management - Engage with other operations teams and functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Comms, Policy, Uber for Business, CRM, Legal, etc.) that will contribute to the successful delivery of your work
• Project management and execution - Plan and project manage multiple projects and have the ability to execute in a constantly changing, complex environment

What You'll Need

• Between 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Consumer, Consulting, Banking or any other industry where you have been exposed to executing critical projects
• Proficient in Excel
• Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment and execute quickly
• Strong project management skills - the ability to prioritize and successfully drive a project from plan to implementation and results
• Consistent track record of being a respected operational problem solver
• Cross-functional teamwork - you will partner with a range of local and regional teams including Policy, Business Development, Legal, Product, Marketing, Central Operations, Customer Experience, Regulatory Operations and Cities to launch initiatives
• Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences; ability to translate quantitative findings into action plans
