**Job Title: Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist** **Job Summary: **
As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Supervisor, you will lead the Buyingand strategic sourcing function within the organization, overseeing theprocurement of goods and services to achieve cost savings, optimize supplierrelationships, and mitigate supply chain risks. You will develop and implementsourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and mentor a team ofsourcing professionals to drive operational excellence and contribute to theorganization's strategic goals. **Key Responsibilities: ** Buying Role (Procurement to Pay)
PO Placement to the supplier based on PR and follow up for material till GRN .
Expediting the supplies to meet CRDs.
Sharing the forecast N+3 to supplier for RM planning
Shortage report generation
Vendor Payment
Should have experience in Indirect and Direct purchase.
Knowledge of SAP
Coordination and continues follow up with HW Factory or external supplier Troubleshooting the Challenges in procurement related to Price / MOQ/ Supplies/ Quality
Sourcing Role 1. **SourcingStrategy Development:** Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned withorganizational objectives, including cost reduction, supplier consolidation,and risk mitigation. Conduct market analysis and supplier assessments toidentify opportunities for strategic sourcing initiatives.
2. **SupplierRelationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers tonegotiate favorable contracts, terms, and pricing. Collaborate with suppliersto drive innovation, quality improvement, and value-added services. 4.**Strategic Vendor Selection:** Evaluate potential suppliers based on criteria such as cost,quality, reliability, and sustainability. Lead supplier selection processes,including requests for proposals (RFPs), bid evaluations, and suppliernegotiations.
5. **ContractNegotiation:** Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to securefavorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements. Ensure compliance withlegal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal procurement policies andprocedures.
6. **CostManagement:** Analyze pricing proposals, total cost of ownership (TCO), andcost-saving opportunities. Implement cost reduction initiatives, valueengineering strategies, and other efficiency measures to optimize procurementcosts.
7. **RiskManagement:** Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, such as supplyshortages, price fluctuations, and geopolitical instability. Developcontingency plans and alternative sourcing strategies to ensure businesscontinuity.
8.**Performance Monitoring and Reporting:** Monitor supplier performanceagainst key performance indicators (KPIs) and contractual obligations. Prepareregular reports and dashboards to track sourcing metrics, savings achievements,and compliance with procurement targets. 9BS – GMP / Install / Core - East & North (STRATEGIC) – to handle $ 16 M spend.

INC SWAT Tool updating support. **Qualifications and Skills:**
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a focus on leadership and strategic initiatives.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in contract management, supplier relationship management (SRM), and procurement software/tools. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present information and influence decision-making.
**Working Conditions:**
Office-based environment with occasional travel to supplier sites or other locations as required.
May involve working extended hours to meet project deadlines or address urgent issues.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
