Project Management:
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Design Oversight:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to develop design concepts based off scope of work developed internally or by client.
- Review and approve design plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
Construction Supervision:
- Oversee construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Manage contractor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, financial reporting, and forecasting.
- Approve project expenditures and ensure financial compliance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate project status and milestones.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Prefer 2 – 5 years of experience in real estate design and construction management.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Supervisory: No.
