- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience with Machine Learning solutions and technologies, or platform solutions and tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including policy development, operations, and feature teams, particularly within the Trust & Safety domain.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools, compliance or risk mitigation spaces.
- Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment.
