Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure project success by performance analysis and optimization
• Develop and maintain performance benchmark of HANA features across diverse cloud environments, offering various levels of insight
• Provide regular performance measurement dashboards and report for development teams
• Ensure efficient response and resolution of automated end-to-end (E2E) test results
• Innovate testing approaches, methodologies, and frameworks, including the implementation of AI-driven performance analysis tools

• Ability to understand enterprise database architectures concerning scalability, large data volumes, and performance
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and self-development, staying abreast of new technologies and methodologies
• Proficiency in English communication; fluency is advantageous

Required skills/talents:

• Understanding of modern computer architecture, operating systems, and database systems
• Any proven experience in software development, performance engineering, or test engineering
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Linux, the primary development environment
• Experience with SQL-based databases, Cloud, genAI is preferred
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. is a plus)
