Your key responsibilities
- Mailbox Management: Ensure the efficient operation of our HR mailbox by responding to common inquiries and redirecting requests to the appropriate teams.
- HR Inquiry Response: Provide valuable support by addressing basic HR questions from employees, contributing to a positive and informed workplace environment.
- Request Forwarding: Collaborate with various teams by forwarding specific requests, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Reporting and Tracker Updates: Assist in generating reports and updating trackers to maintain accurate records of HR activities and inquiries.
- Drafting Work Certificates: Help draft and issue work certificates, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Immigration and Administrative Compliance: Contribute to the compliance of immigration processes and administrative tasks related to work permits, including preparing letters for submission to government ministries.
Skills and attributes for success
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is a plus.
- Detail-oriented.
- Fluency in English or French.
