Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to support project delivery.
• Track and monitor project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
• Support the establishment of governance structures, including creating and maintaining project scorecards and RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, Decision) logs.
• Prepare detailed project reports, executive summaries, and professional presentations for senior management.
• Organize and maintain all project documentation and artifacts in centralized systems (e.g., SharePoint).
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
• Support ad hoc projects to address immediate business needs and strategic initiatives ensuring seamless integration with ongoing efforts.
• Conduct quality reviews on projects to verify adherence to business PM risk and control standards, providing clear documentation and evidence of compliance.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis), PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present actionable insights.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven communication skills, with the ability to articulate project updates to stakeholders at all levels.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
