Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience in project management to launch the Hardware New Product Introduction process for electronics (e.g., Server, racks, L6, L10 and L11 manufacturing).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA in Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in planning, manufacturing operations, logistics, material management and planning, supply chain design and strategy.
- Experience in materials supply-chain management including driving component qualification in house and in contract manufacturing.
